Kian Motors

I recently purchased a 2019 VW Golf R from Kian and the GM Nick made everything such an easy experience. I’m a technician for a dealership myself so I’m used to the process and what dealers are known for good and bad. They put the vehicle on the lift in their shop and allowed me to inspect it before purchase (always recommended). I found that the rear brake pads were very low and would be needing replacement soon. When I brought it up to Nick he ordered brake pads for it and made sure they were installed before I took delivery same day. The vehicle was posted for much less than others in the area because it had a less than ideal service record (40k miles put on the vehicle in less than 6 month) and already had many performance modifications installed. This is not the fault of Kian but the previous owner, they are only working with what they have. This was a vehicle I had researched and was set on so I took the risk on it and it has paid off exceptionally. I understand that my experience will not be everyone’s, I see in many reviews that people purchased used vehicles sold as is and were upset they needed repairs after purchase. At the end of the day Kian is likely not going to be responsible, or have obligation to fix things they don’t have to. BUT they are absolutely willing to help as long as you approach the situation with respect and not be accusatory. I would absolutely buy another car from Kian

What a great experience! I cannot say enough positive things about Kian Motors and its staff. Nick was amazing to work with and always transparent and honest. There was no pressure but he was always available to answer any questions and address any issues. I was a little apprehensive of the small dealership but I now prefer this type of dealership over the big ones with high sales pressure tactics and hidden fees. They have a variety of cars at very reasonable prices. I highly recommend Kian Motors and Nick!!
